Why isn’t my booking schedule updating?
When trying to edit a booking schedule, it may not process the changes you requested. The solution is to input the changes you want, and if it does not update, log out and back in again. This will update the calendar to show your changes.

Why am I seeing ‘Security Check Failed’?
Occasionally when performing actions across the site, you may encounter this popup. Sometime the issue can be resolved by clearing your browser cache. However, if this does not resolve the issue, try logging out and logging in again. If this also does not work, try revisiting the page later, and it will usually be resolved.

Why cant I see the option to book a meeting?
Currently if you are logged in as an instructor, the option to book meetings with other instructors is not available. You can only make bookings with a non-instructor account.
