Meeting Etiquette
Users are not permitted to record meetings with hosts unless they are explicitly given permission by the host to do so. In cases where a user is proven to be recording the host without permission, the host retains the right to stop the meeting. The user will not be entitled to a refund and will be banned. A user is permitted to record meetings if the host becomes abusive without requesting permission, and may submit it to us as evidence of foul play.
In situations where you are unable to attend a meeting, you are expected to cancel the booking 24 hours in advance. Users who consistently cancel meetings at the last moment will be removed from the site. We understand that sometimes it is not possible to give notice and will only remove those who repeatedly do this.
Hosts may end meetings if they are subject to any form of verbal abuse. In such cases, users will not receive a refund.

What is our policy on offline meetings?
Some instructors will arrange meetings marked as offline. This means it is an in person session. We implore all users to exercise caution if you plan to attend. Be sure you trust the individual first.
We do not take responsibility for any events that occur in relation to offline meetings, nor do we provide any guarantee of safety. Meeting an individual you have only met online carries risk.

The meeting is being held in an area that is not public or a place of business. Do not enter the home of an individual you do not know.
The location of the meeting changes repeatedly. Serious professionals tend to have a regular place of work.
An individual is trying to press you to meet quickly by creating a sense of urgency. This tactic is often used to rush you into a decision without thinking about the risk.
The user profile has no reviews or is unverified.
Always ask, why is this meeting not being held online? without a good reason to meet in person, you shouldn’t.
If you decide to attend, tell someone you trust where exactly you are going, and for how long.

How much commission is charged on bookings?
We charge a 20% referral fee on orders. This is charged to the instructor.
